3CX Integration

I’d like to setup an integration for 3CX for the following KPI’s:
Inbound call volume by inbound number (i.e. sales lines, etc.)
Outbound call volume by extension
The plan is to attach this to a scorecard so my sales team can enter their daily KPI numbers.

3cx doesn't have the native API support the CDR data, alternate way is to use CDR export the call detail records to an onedrive folder then create datasets from there and build the dashboard: https://www.3cx.com/docs/cdr-call-data-records/
Alternatively, MSPbots can use the MSPbots Agent to pull the CDR, convert to the datasets, build the templated datasets, dashbaords, but this one will take much longer time, depends on how many votes that we can get since we have a huge back log.

To which integration/function area is this feature request related? Other Integrations
Summary: 3CX Integration
Description: We would like an integration with 3CX in order to see how many calls our dispatchers are taking daily and missing daily to track their metrics.
Why: To show the utilization for dispatchers and coordinators.

Is there an integration for 3CX (the phone system)? I see we have bVoip but it’s not pulling in any information.
