What We Delivered in Q3
AI Ticket Triage (Pilot)
- Automated ticket categorization, priority assignment, and routing to the right tech, reducing response times and improving service quality.
Smart Homepage with Personalized Insights
- A redesigned homepage that surfaces tailored insights and recommended assets to help you get the most value from MSPbots.
Agreement Profitability App
- Monitor agreement health, spot margin leaks, and enable data-driven decision-making across your service business. Released for ConnectWise and AutoTask (Halo in development).
Client Reporting Enhancement
  • Monthly & Quarterly Report Templates – Ready-to-use templates to simplify recurring reporting.
  • Unmapped Client Name Visibility in Automated Client Mapping – A much easier way to set up client name mappings: view unmapped clients and create mappings directly.
Next Ticket Enhancement
- A major upgrade to Next Ticket filters (ConnectWise only for now, with more to come) that allows you to apply rules to drop tickets entirely instead of only adjusting scoring. This provides more precise control over which tickets flow through, reducing noise and helping teams focus on what matters most.
What’s Coming Soon
App Marketplace – New Layout (Q3 Target)
- We’re refreshing the Marketplace to make it easier to discover, activate, and manage AI apps. This update is in progress now and targeted to release before the end of Q3.
AI Ticket Triage – Public Launch (Q4)
- Expanding to all clients, ensuring faster ticket handling and better prioritization.
Updated AI Sentiment Analysis App (Q4)
- Available for all clients, helping you monitor client sentiment and improve satisfaction.
