Subject: Microsoft CSP Integration — Early Access
Good day!
We are developing a new integration for Microsoft CSP. This connects to the Partner Center API and covers the commercial side of your Microsoft business — your managed customers, their subscriptions, licensing and billing.
As we continue developing the API endpoints, we are looking for customers who would like to participate in the early access phase. Here is what is on the development list and what each set is intended to power:
Customer Directory
All managed customer tenants with company profile, domain, tenant ID and contact details — the foundation every other dataset joins to, and the basis for per-client reporting.
Subscriptions
Subscription list and detail per customer, including product, status, quantity, term, renewal date and auto-renew setting — powers renewal tracking and subscription health dashboards.
License Utilization
License SKUs showing assigned versus total seats per customer — surfaces unused licenses before renewal conversations.
Invoices
Partner-level invoice list with full line-item breakdown — enables billing reconciliation down to the individual customer and product.
Azure Usage
Azure consumption summary per subscription — supports Azure spend monitoring and trend analysis per client.
Service Costs
Cost summary by billing period — powers cost analysis and margin reporting across billing cycles.
