We have just moved from ConnectWise Manage to HaloPSA and we are needing to be able to report on ‘CRM Notes’ in Halo. This is similar to ‘Activities’ in ConnectWise.
I can’t find this, although its possible I’m not looking in the correct place. Can you help me with this?
Looking at their API (https://halo.haloservicedesk.com/api/swagger/index.html), its listed under AreaNote > CRM Note
CRM notes are at a company level and are used to notate a client account for meetings or other higher level items. They have a type, date/time, note, and agent.
