Hi Gerlie Pelagio,
I'm glad to let you know that the development for this has been done, and the data should have been synced already. Please have a check, thanks!
Let us know if anything else.

Hi Gerlie Pelagio,
Our dev team is doing the investigation on this one, and they raised a concern that there are a lot of closed opptunity, and it would impact the server load on both side.
I suppose the closed ones would not get updated on these fields, so we can only sync the data for open oppotunities.
Does this make sense to you? We will proceed after your confirmation.
Thanks!

Hi Micus,
Thanks for the flag! Would it help if we pull data (both closed and open opportunities) starting from this year onward instead of historical?
Micus
Hi Gerlie Pelagio,
Thanks for the quick reply!
Sorry for not being clear on this, the complete sync strategy could be:
- Sync all opportunities at a low frequency, >= 1 week
- Sync only the open opptunities at a higher frequency, <= 1 day
So
- Open ones are synced every day, for they can be updated. And the amount should be limited, so low impact to performance
- Recently closed ones are synced everyweek, usually the weekend, as well as historical data. This helps the review and analysis.
And how to determine open and closed is:
- if this closed_date is filled and the value is ealier the today, it is a closed one
- otherwise they are open ones
Please let me know what do you think, thanks!

Hi Micus,
Thanks for the detailed clarification! This sync strategy makes perfect sense to me. The two-tiered approach for open vs. closed opportunities, with daily syncs for active deals and weekly for historical data, seems like a well-balanced approach for performance and data accuracy. I'm happy to proceed with this.
Best,
Gerlie
