Currently, for ConnectWise Manage integrations (I am unsure about other integrations having this same feature), time utilization uses time entries on a ticket to calculate utilization metrics. Time Entries have to be entered one day at a time. So a week of PTO requires 5 days of individual time entries. It's more of an annoyance than a hinderance. It would make it easier if the Attendance App in MSPBots could sync any PTO approvals to the Time Utilization Suite as an option.
  1. How is this important?
This improves efficiency in setting up PTO requests and gives much better visibility since time entries either have to be searched for or filtered through on the dispatch portal in ConnectWise Manage. Approved PTO in MSPBots is much easier to review and access.
