Currently, the Agreement Profitability App only displays data for the past 12 months. A client has requested the ability to view data from the past 2 years to enable year-over-year (YoY) monthly comparisons.

Current behavior: All metrics currently roll up to the parent agreement, with no visibility into individual child agreements. Feature request: Support profitability tracking at the child agreement level. Some MSPs use separate child agreements (not just agreement types) to segment billing or services, and need to analyze the profitability of each one individually.

It sounds like the App is starting from Invoices and joining related Contracts, whereas it would seem to make more sense to start from Contracts and join related Invoices. I.e., If I have five contracts and zero related invoices, then my “profitability” for those contracts may be zero. However, the App as-is simply shows no data at all.

To which integration/function area is this feature request related? Attendance Description of your requested feature Currently, for ConnectWise Manage integrations (I am unsure about other integrations having this same feature), time utilization uses time entries on a ticket to calculate utilization metrics. Time Entries have to be entered one day at a time. So a week of PTO requires 5 days of individual time entries. It's more of an annoyance than a hinderance. It would make it easier if the Attendance App in MSPBots could sync any PTO approvals to the Time Utilization Suite as an option. How is this important? This improves efficiency in setting up PTO requests and gives much better visibility since time entries either have to be searched for or filtered through on the dispatch portal in ConnectWise Manage. Approved PTO in MSPBots is much easier to review and access.

These enhancements aim to automate routine checks, improve consistency in ticket notes, and streamline billing processes. Key Feature Requests: A. Custom Prompt for Ticket Note Formatting Allow users to define a custom prompt or set of formatting rules for ticket notes. Automatically detect notes that lack detail or do not match the expected format. Trigger flags or notifications when formatting issues are found, helping improve quality and consistency. B. Integration with Invoicing Workflow Enable the tool to assist in automating parts of the invoicing process by checking ticket contents for specific billable items. Flag discrepancies or missing information during invoice generation. Generate reports highlighting items that may require review, reducing manual work and improving billing accuracy. Objective: Evaluate the feasibility of integrating these features into the Sentiment Analysis tool to support operational efficiency and reduce human error in documentation and billing.
