Requesting for a bot to send alerts based on technicians schedule.
Aware of manually creating separate bots with different schedules however wants a bot to auto detect technicians work schedule so no need create separate bots.
Prevents from creating a large number of bots that will be used by only one person at a time. Will allow for better bot management and to keep things from getting dense and crowded.
