Adding Company / account UDF fields for Next Ticket Rules

I need to be able to use 2 AutoTask UDF's that are tied to Company/Account records in the MSP bots Rules (I have a few rule sets so I would need them available in all my rule sets not just the default one). UDF 1 would be called “ARC” and UDF 2 would be called “SWG”. We need to be able to adjust points based on those 2 UDF's and I don't see those type of UDF's currently as an option to use in Rules.

We are considering adding all UDFs of company dynamically from Autotask. But we can't have ETA at this time and it'll go through the planning. Updates will be shared here.
