We need to prioritise specific clients based on specific ‘Account Manager’ in Autotask and need to be able to give weighted points based on this.
There's currently no way to lift some of our most important clients who do not share our most premium classification.
The impact is our high priority clients are weighted too low and are buried below others when our team collects tickets in NTbot.
A simple fix would be to be able to add ‘Account Manager’ as a field- ‘if Account Manager = ’A' add ‘X' points.
