Complication

The current Attendance Manager captures time data within MSPbots but does not automatically write this information back to the technician's timesheet in HaloPSA. This creates a manual, two-step process.

Problem

Technicians would need to track their time in two separate systems. Denise has stated this is a "showstopper." Her team will not use the feature or upgrade their plan until this functionality is in place.

Feature Request

Write-back Attendance Manager timestamps directly to the corresponding timesheet in HaloPSA. This would eliminate the need for double entry and make the Attendance Manager a seamless part of their workflow.
