REPORTS are managed by account managers. They either export to PDF or schedule to be sent to 1 internal email. The team currently has to manually rename and save monthly reports for all of their 150+ clients, whether from scheduled email or PDF Export of Reports. This process is time-consuming. They need reports to be saved with custom file names and ideally to a customer-specific folder, which would save significant time and effort. If this is not addressed, it breaks the purpose of automating the scheduled Reports and substantially diminishes the value of using MSPbots.
