Is it possible that engineer does not have to request a next ticket at all. The preference is the engineer is marked as IN in Next Ticket from Teams and then the ticket is sent to them via the Teams app for them to accept or reject.
Essentially not even having users request the next ticket but rather immediately scheduling for the current or next business day depending on the time they come in.

Currently Next Ticket can not push tickets to technicians, but a bot can be built to send a reminder to technicians when a new ticket arrives, and then they can type in NT to get a ticket.
