What we're asking for

Let end clients sign in to the MSPbots Client Portal with the ConnectWise identity they already have, instead of a separate MSPbots credential.

Why it matters

Today a client portal user needs their own MSPbots login. For MSPs who already have their clients working inside ConnectWise, that means a second set of credentials to create, distribute and support — which is enough friction to hold back rolling client-facing dashboards and reports out more widely. Some MSPs also have security-review requirements that make a separate standalone credential harder to justify.

How it works today

The Client Portal login page supports Microsoft 365 sign-in. If your client contacts have Microsoft 365 accounts, they can use that today. There is currently no ConnectWise option.
