Creates a schedule when the tech accepts a ticket

Hi Support,
Could we please request a couple of extra things that happen when a technician clicks the Accept button in NextTicketManager:
- Assigns the current tech as a resource
- Creates a schedule for the current resource, for the current time, with a duration of 30mins, other options default
This then enables complete control over a technician getting the ticket, owning the ticket and actively working on it being visible to Service Delivery connectwise views that show upcoming schedules and in progress tickets :)
