Hi Gary Harlam,
Our assumption, when designing this, is that the admins would build the dashboard and prepare the filters, then viewers view the dashboard with several filters to select. And the filters edit needs knowledge of dataset, which viewers are not familiar with.
Can you share your use case where these two actions shuold be controlled in separate items, please?
