Client asked if they can change the time format to just the regular 12-hour time format. Also, he's not used to seeing the date in a European type format. He sees it in different places, but looking on the PTO, it's not as hard to read on the PTO, but other places it's formatted day, month, year. So, the day and the month are switched and that's not what they use in the US, so it's a little hard for them to read; it's not normal. It usually goes month/day/year.

Hi Beau Williams and Jordan Ritz,
Thanks for the suggestion! Let me clarify the current behavior:
- There is a global setting item of date format shown in below screenshot
- This format is used as defalut in all product
- It can be overwritten in widgets, 2nd screenshot
- There is not a default format for time, I will log an enhance ment for this
Let know please if any other clarification needed or questions, thanks!

Hello Micus. I see this request was submitted on my behalf from a ticket. My request was in regard to the Attendance module. We would like our Attendance reports and displays in the US format of DD/MM/YYYY and time in the 12 hours format. Thanks.

Beau Williams: Thanks for the clarification, I am triaging this to Grace GUO who is the product manager for Attendance. Please expect her reaching out.

🫤 maybe make it something that can be set as default for the account and overridden by Widget?
yes MM/DD/YYYY is the standard here in the US, and so is 12hr time, but a lot of the time I prefer the explicitness of 24hr time, and if there was going to be a global change of date format I'd lean toward requesting the ISO 8601 compliant format of YYYY-MM-DD if there is going to be one platform default swapping Day and Month around for EU vs US is ambiguous when the day of the month is not greater than 12 and confusing when it's not the order your used to. Using ISO formatted date options might be less comfortable for a lot of people then their local standard but should be fairly intuitive.
