Do not automatically offer another ticket when techs reject a ticket in Teams

When using Teams and typing NT for Next Ticket, if the ticket is Rejected, it automatically presents the agent with another ticket.
Is there a way to turn that off, so it doesn’t automatically offer another ticket until the agent types NT again?
For example, if the technician requests a ticket and then receives a phone call. They would reject the ticket as they need to answer the phone.

Client would like to have the option to stop NextTicket from dispatching once they reject a ticket so that it doesn't affect their next ticket report utilization.
Please check if we can add an option to turn off NextTicket auto dispatch.
