The problem we have now is that our browsers are signed in under version2llc.com users so when we try to login to MSPbots it attempts to use those version2llc.com credentials and not the turnonloginwork.com user. So we have to use an incognito browser or a different browser and then of course none of the links back to Autotask will work. Also we have transitioned MS Teams to our new accounts so the bot messages are going to the old email addresses as well.
