I would like to propose an enhancement for our OneDrive Integration based on recent customer feedback and multiple tickets received. Currently, users need to manually click to execute the loading of drives after adding files in OneDrive. This step seems to be causing some confusion and inconvenience, leading to a higher number of support requests.
Suggestion:
  • Implement an automatic retrieval of drives and existing files upon adding files to the OneDrive account. This will streamline the process for the users and eliminate the need for manual intervention to load their drives.
By making this adjustment, we can enhance the user experience, reduce support request volume, and improve overall satisfaction with the integration feature.
