Extract/use the date time in "ticket summary" field of tickets and then use this on the Advanced Rule of NextTicket to add or deduct points

Hi Cody Masters,
We had some internal discussions about your request. With the current framework of NT, it is hard to build a general feature to parse and extract data from an existing field without impacting other NT users.
However, this is something we can utilize ChatGPT and we want to build AI rules for it.
To be more specific, we can send the prompt and the ticket summary to ChatGPT and ask it to compare the date&time in it with the current time and return true/false, and we can add points on that.
I will update here when we make progress.
