When a customer has no tickets for a month, the report displays "No data." This looks unprofessional and makes the report appear broken. The client wants to display a "0" or a custom text message instead, and in general terms be able to control what get displayed on widgets of different types when there is “no data”. This is critical for their automated client-facing reports. This is also a problem for dashboards shared via MSPbots Client Portal.
