What we can currently use for customer data within the priority rules. What we would like to see here is information around agents associated with that customer. For example, in Halo we have fields for both primary and secondary agents associated with our clients, so if we had access to those fields we would be able to pull in that information to use for our priority rules.

Grace GUO The field would be Customer/Primary Agent and Customer/Secondary Agent so we could add rules for adding points based on Customer/Primary agent is requested user + 1000 points, for example.
