Problem / Need

Bots can exclude holidays, but holiday dates must be maintained manually in MSPbots. Metro Sales manages holidays in other systems and wants a single source of truth to avoid missed updates and inconsistencies.

Requested Enhancement

Add the ability to sync/import holidays via API into MSPbots’ holiday settings used by bot scheduling (e.g., exclude holidays automatically).

Use Case

Metro Sales maintains holidays centrally (e.g., PSA/HR/holiday calendar tool like Rewst). They want MSPbots bots to honor the same holiday list without manual entry.

Expected Outcome

Holidays auto-populate and stay up to date in MSPbots

Bot schedules reliably exclude holidays

Reduced admin overhead and fewer errors
