Use case:
We are looking to push our teams to document more. But right now, they could go in and make 1 change to a word and it shows them as the last updated and they get a single credit for that.
But if I'm measuring that metric, I want things that matter. UPdating a password is one credit, but it's important that they did it. So it has more weight than just removing one word from a document and saving it.
I also think creating a full doc from scratch or major overhaul of a KB article is worth more credits and should have higher value.
