Map a TV or device’s wired/wireless MAC address for the 'Stream to TV' function on dashboards

Since IP address is by default dynamic—and TVs may not always be assigned a static IP—this approach could help maintain MSPbot’s dashboard display on TVs even after they’re rebooted or powered off.
