Next Ticket - Accepting Project Tickets

Morning,
Just curious if you would be able to provide a timeline for when we should expect Next Ticket to function properly for Project tickets as well as Service tickets?
Found the article below indicating it is not a function at present, but we rely heavily on Next Ticket now, and working Project tickets will be a critical function for us.
