NextTicket Rejection Period Issues

I am wondering if it is possible to allow for particular people to have a longer rejection period than others? For example, we want our SD team to reject tickets for 8 hours but our CSR team to be able to reject for 16 hours (potentially longer) - is this possible by creating a new template?

That's an excellent idea! I often find that MSPBots doesn't give us the latitude we need to fully adapt the product to our organization needs. This is one but a few issues I've encountered too so far.
In this particular request, I believe that adjusting the Rejection Period by Teams could really help.
