NextTicket - User exclusion with NextTicket dispatch when accessing the NextTicket page.

I seem to have both roles. Am I able to remove the User role without affecting my ability to use the platform? Because while I do use NT, I should not be fetching the next ticket every time I open the app. Often times I'm just trying to get to the utilization dashboard.

Hello support team - could I please confirm if it is possible to make it such that my account in Next ticket will not take out a lock on a ticket as a dispatcher so that when I view the next ticket for autotask dashboard it leaves the top ticket alone so my service desk team (who I do still want to take a lock on the ticket) can get offered the ticket from the bot?
I don't want to miss out on any other features of next ticket - but I am ultimately not a user like the rest of my team - I just need to be a next ticket administrator and viewer of the dashboard rather than a user who accepts tickets.
