Current Behavior

When a tech is selected from the user drilldown, the NT Template and NT Filter(s) must be manually reselected from long dropdown lists. This is required even though those defaults are already defined for the user in User Management.

Requested Enhancement

Automatically populate the Next Ticket Template and associated filter(s) based on the selected user’s defaults configured in User Management for ConnectWise Manage.

Expected Behavior

When a tech is selected from the drilldown:

The system auto-loads the user’s configured:

Default Next Ticket Template

Default Next Ticket Filter(s)

This mirrors the same behavior that occurs when the user themselves requests a Next Ticket.
