Please provide my feedback in any avenue that it would be heard. This is a great start of a very powerful tool but to truly make the MSP workflows of our dreams we platform developers would greatly benefit from
The ability to test the bot on demand, or retrigger from a previous run (similar to power automate)
More insight into API call body and return. The ability to see this would have saved me hours in this development and prevent me reaching out to you/my client
An native way to mark a ticket as processed, to prevent retriggering/minimize time synchronization issues
Clearer documentation. The documentation in its current state as I’ve pointed out before is unclear and at some points inaccurate.
I understand this is a new feature and is likely still in development. I do not expect my requests to be addressed anytime soon but it would be a major improvement to my development experience on the platform
