As an example: if the ticket Last Update is <1 day, remove from the queue instead of de-prioritizing by subtracting points.
Cytek uses NT Filter settings that reduced the pool of tickets per Tech, therefore they could run-out of ticket from a queue and eventually get dispatched with negative pointed tickets incorrectly.
