Sending time in the schedule report log is incorrect

The client reported that the time listed in the log for the per member report is incorrect. The sending time of the per member report is correct though.

Sorry for the long time of our response on this one!
Since we have moved the Schedules from the Lab to under Reports, and a few known issues were fixed.
