It would be really cool to see a skills matrix that pulls from Connectwise Manage and then into an app in MSPBots. Since it relates to the NextTicket especially it'd be good to see it right there in a clear place. Plus if we could see which techs spend the most time in each skill (per hours) it may show who actually spends the most time where.

It would allow for people to easily see who is proficient in what and who needs training. Then allow for better use of NextTicket since others can see clearly.

This is a VERY low priority and more of that would be cool item.
