Use case:
When a high-priority or time-sensitive ticket (e.g., on-call voicemail) meets specific criteria, the client would like the bot to send an SMS text message in addition to (or instead of) Teams notifications. This is mainly for escalation scenarios where immediate visibility is critical.

This is a feature request, and we’ll prioritize its development as more clients express interest. It will take some time to implement.
In the meantime, there’s a workaround:
If you already have an existing SMS API for sending messages, you can use our REST API CALL to call that SMS API. This approach may help resolve your use case more quickly.
