The Realtime Bot supports triggering when creating a new ticket

Now the Realtime Bot does not support triggering when creating a new ticket. It currently only supports triggering when modifying a ticket. So it can't send a alert message when creating a new ticket.

We are pleased to inform you that the real-time bot designed to trigger upon the creation of a new ticket has been released. We have established a bot named "ConnectWise-Ticket-Webhook." However, we have not yet activated the switch or prefilled the alert email inboxes. Should you wish to utilize this bot, we kindly request that you refill the alert email inboxes and activate the switch.
