Add a new template rule in NT CW
Rule name: Ticket Status and Schedule Timing
Rule content:
If ticket status is {ticket status} and the schedule {"Start time"|"End time"} is {"Past due by"|"Due in"|"Date-only"} more than {12} {"Hours"|"Minutes"}, then {"Add points"|"Remove from queue"} (if add points, {400} points)
Example
If ticket status is Scheduled Client Onsite and the schedule start time is past due by more than 12 hours, then add 817 points.
If ticket status is Scheduled Client Remote and the schedule start time is due in more than 12 hours, then Remove from queue.
