Zoom Phone does have an API if that’s what is needed to make the connection. https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/phone/methods/#overview Is is the Zoom Phone data we are seeking to bring into MSPbots for running metric. TeamGPS tracks CSAT, NPS, and eNPS; we would like to be able to include these in dashboards or reports that are sent to our clients. Our business review reports included a CSAT review with that client for the period, we lost this when we moved to TeamGPS for this data.
