Morning, Just curious if you would be able to provide a timeline for when we should expect Next Ticket to function properly for Project tickets as well as Service tickets? Found the article below indicating it is not a function at present, but we rely heavily on Next Ticket now, and working Project tickets will be a critical function for us. Hi Team, we are in the process of building out the rules for ticket assignment for the NextTicket Bot and we can't find an option to create rules based on account classification in Autotask? Account classification is how we classify accounts based on service levels and contract type. Certain accounts receive higher levels of service and have different SLA's, so this is critical for ensuring that tickets are assigned in the correct order. Can this option please be added?

Row limit of 350 in PDF reports, requiring split widgets for multiple row data.

Create a feature for scheduled report to notify client if the report did not send or having issues with outgoing email .
