Just a quick product suggestion as a result of complete frustration. I have far too often made significant changes to a dashboard and then absent mindedly clicked on the MSP Bots refresh button or closed the MSP bots menu tab without clicking Save Dashboard. There must be some way to prompt the end user to Save the changes if they are in edit mode, before they try to refresh the page/close the tab.

I am having an issue however with roles/permissions – The “User” role is very limited in what it can achieve as I suspected the user role would simply be unable to create/modify reporting but be able to use the full functionality of the reporting once built (like using all the functionality of Splicers and Export functions) but that doesn’t appear to be the case which has forced me to increase my spend on the product. as a user, I want to have ability to export PDF for the report

Currently, even if the Asset scope is defined to give access to scorecards, these scorecards cannot be viewed by dashboard-only users Requesting to have the dashboard-only roles be able to access scorecards

We would want to setup security groups within our own AzureAD. When users are added to these groups within AzureAD that will then make this available for the AzureAD App to sync over. “

Is there a way to stop the pop-ups/announcements the pop in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when we login to MSPBots? Especially when trying to login from a mobile device.

UDF from Autotask is now an object, and can not be filtered by. How to filter by the fields in it?

We need an NT Filter added, which will enable filtering out tickets that have no time entry within X hours. Once that is added, they can then filter pending tickets so that only those with no time entry within the last 12 hours are shown, making them actionable.

Hi, We are setting up some scheduled sends from MSPBots using the new reports feature to automate our daily reports. It would be good if we could add a dynamic token for {{date}} into the subject field - is there any plan to add this in the future?
