Asking for MSPbot's Work Schedule to sync with their MS Teams Shifts app so that they would not need to update 2 applications whenever they have shift rotations and only update from MS Teams Shifts app.

I would like to see the Attendance App refresh at 1 minute or even live. Currently the lowest it can be set for is 3 minutes.

When adjusting the time in attendance manager application, add a restriction to prevent incorrect records from being submitted.

Is there currently a feature request for Attendance Manager and Tsheets for clients not using Teams? If not, could you please create one?

get the automatic clock out at a different time

The feature request is for the attendance board, it would be nice to give admins the ability to change the status of technicians. Such as going from on to onsite, etc.

Is there a way to restrict users from being able to edit their clock in/out/lunch times within AM? We want them to not be able to change the time once they issue a command.

When users message the mspbots team bot and type “in, out, lunch,break, etc “ it send them a teams message that they have clocked in or out as well as the ability to send other resources the notification like their manager. BUT if they use the web version of the in or out button it does not send any notifications, how do we configure it to send notification when they use the web button?

Ability to see total number of tickets each tech closed with time entries, running count on the attendance dashboard for all techs to see this will help them compete with there peers to see where they stand.

Is there anything we can do to automatically set everyone “in” office at 8 am and “out” at 5 pm? Basically, we would just want to use the lunch and break options and the other part for in and out of office to be automated. The days users are out on PTO would just be manually set.
