When modifying user details or applying a template for users on the "Work Schedule" page, if the time zone is not altered, the system does not log out.

Requesting a feature enhancement to add a command function in MSPbots' private bot chat or status tracking channel for checking attendance. For instance, using “attendance” would display a list of all technicians and their statuses (in/out/break, etc.), “attendance karm” would show only Karm’s status, and “attendance services team” would return the status of the services team. This would allow for quick and easy status polling through simple commands.

Identified the workflow that made that change but is there a way for the msp bots system to ignore the workflow engine incase other such workflows cannot be modified.

Is it able to limit boards in Attendance Manager specifically in In Progress Status Setting?

Client requested to be able to use ONSITE after IN status and use IN status after ONSITE: Our team routinely goes onsite during the day, but we’re unable to have them set their status to “Onsite” unless they first use “Out.” This isn’t ideal as it adds an extra step for them and inaccurately reflects that they were out before going onsite. Is there anyway that we can have “Onsite” opened up to be able to used when the user’s last status was “IN”? When coming back from an onsite, it would be ideal for technicians to be able to say “IN” or “BACK” but instead they have to first got to “OUT/LUNCH/BREAK”.

The company does not know what device the technician uses to clock in, want to know about the device and portal side information.

It would be helpful to allow MSPbots users' managers to change the user's PTO status in the app. This would be particularly useful in emergency situations, such as when a user is unable to file for PTO due to sickness or other unforeseen circumstances. By granting this permission, the manager can quickly update the employee's status and ensure that accurate attendance records are maintained.

In teams, if they have checked-in in the morning with “IN” and they are schedule to go ONSITE, they can't simply types “ONSITE”. They have to check-out “OUT” first and then do ONSITE.
