Providing an option to pin frequently used apps to the sidebar
Allow users to pin or favorite applications to the main navigation menu. Alternatively, provide configurable shortcuts for frequently accessed apps. Benefit from faster access to the apps such as Ticket QA, AI Triage, etc.
