We want to make a BOT that will set Teams presence to DND, Away, etc when based on the Attendance plugin

Current the widget data to only be fetched in response to explicit input, rather than being retrieved automatically or at random intervals. Need to send command to the bot, then provide the requested data.

I need details on when each email sent otherwise I don’t know if it did or didn’t fire for a particular trigger

Client wants to see the time stamp of when a bot alert was read by a user.

Enable bots to send alerts to private chats on Slack.

What we are needing is the ability to book out company vehicles and other material resources. The ideal way we were hoping for is that through a bot, we are able to select which vehicle the tech wants to book, type that unit in the bot, and then it will ask for site location, duration of booking, and the technician booking the vehicle is recorded. I would like it to interact with our already set up outlook resource, we have set up the vehicles as room resources to be booked by our techs, and it records the appointment in the vehicles calendar to mark it as booked. We are hoping to have that data live within outlook so the calendars are updated through the bot booking

Just an idea for providing greater visibility for when things aren't working as expected.

Would it be possible to reply to the message in Teams and have MSP Bots post the reply on the ticket? For example, if someone responded the ticket, then send teams message automatically. Or utilize the send Email feature on the bot to accomplish posting to the related platform.

Hi support, Our users are getting notifications from the Slack channel MSPbots on days when they have PTO or are not scheduled to work, or if they're at lunch. Is there a way to change this? Our goal: Turn off MSPbots channel notifications when user is not "/in" or "/onsite" The only exception (which should send notifications regardless of Attendance Manager status should be "Clock In Reminder 3.0". We don't want any changes there.
