Halo Integration error
This feature only checks the Integration connection status at 8:00 AM in the tenant's time zone each day, rather than monitoring whether the connection remains stable throughout the time period. I hope to receive integration error alerts in a timely manner.

Bot Logic And Message Improvement For Checking Integration Authentication Status
AS IS :The issue encountered occurs when the Integration faces an authorization error during the synchronization process. In such cases, the system will send a warning notification to inform Client. The Integration will continue to automatically attempt to retrieve a new authorization token. TO BE suggested :suggest enhancing logic to trap those errors and display a more meaningful message. Recommend sending a reminder notification to the customer after 3 authorization errors are detected. (3 error time trigger time should be close enough )

The Realtime Bot supports triggering when creating a new ticket
Now the Realtime Bot does not support triggering when creating a new ticket. It currently only supports triggering when modifying a ticket. So it can't send a alert message when creating a new ticket.

Bot Messages Conditional Formatting | Editing NT Bot message
We would like to apply conditional formating to messages so we can format the message so if a certain status is provided It adds additional formatting or text Please see attached screenshot 1.

Ticket Input and Writeback Bot - Next Ticket Escalation
I have created this ticket as feature request for a BOT that works with Command Block, Input data with dropdown list and Writeback to allow engineers/technicians to escalate tickets in the system using current statuses and standard notes in a similar format to how Next Ticket allows engineers to take tickets.

Message bot to send data
Current the widget data to only be fetched in response to explicit input, rather than being retrieved automatically or at random intervals. Need to send command to the bot, then provide the requested data.

I need details on when each email sent otherwise I don’t know if it did or didn’t fire for a particular trigger
