I would love to see increments of 30 seconds or even less than that. When you have 10+ dashboards that need to scroll past the teams, you need to keep them moving so that employees can stay productive and not waste over 30 minutes watching dashboards.

The html widget adds a border by default. We'd like a function to remove the border.

So the only way to get a report link sent to me is to create a full schedule for it, save it, and then click Send to Me, correct? I wish there was a quicker way to accomplish this, but maybe you guys can create a quick button to do that in the future?

Client is asking for a quick way to have a dark mode view for the dashboards that they'll be streaming to TV. He saw the theme option in the dashboard but it would be ideal to have the same look as when you choose the dark mode in the Interface Theme.

Just a quick product suggestion as a result of complete frustration. I have far too often made significant changes to a dashboard and then absent mindedly clicked on the MSP Bots refresh button or closed the MSP bots menu tab without clicking Save Dashboard. There must be some way to prompt the end user to Save the changes if they are in edit mode, before they try to refresh the page/close the tab.

I have a scheduled report “Daily Hotsheet” and it’s a PDF attachment in the email, but I would like all the info from the widgets to be in the body of an email.

Is there a way that I can customize totals format of the columns? Like font size and conditional formatting? Putting a letter just to remove the default word “Sum” still takes so much space and it ruins the visuals of the report. Maybe you could just put the word “Total” at the left most part of the last row?

we are able to see the sum of all the columns in the widget but when we click into the widget to see the details there is no Sum of those columns

Requesting for an auto-save feature within the new widget builder interface. Currently, users must manually click "Save" and risk losing changes if they navigate away or forget to save. An automatic save (similar to Google Docs or Word online) would prevent data loss and improve user experience.

We want to add a second ConnectWise API intergration so we can create widgets\dashboards pre-merge.
