I have the table widget Ticket Breakdown by Customer - current year that I want to export the output to csv.

Client requested to be able to export the data in an widget (bar chart/pie chart) to a csv file.

Please review adding a function that allows field-to-field comparison in widget filters. This feature will allow clients to easily compare values between two fields using widget filters, so they can get the results they need without having to create a custom dataset.

Would you be able to change (or show me where to change) the “ok” metric to green and change the “warning” metric to be for “failure” instead, and red? Thanks.

Please review the process of sending email notifications to new Client Portal users when their account is created. It might also be helpful to include their current password and an option to update it in the same email.

Since IP address is by default dynamic—and TVs may not always be assigned a static IP—this approach could help maintain MSPbot’s dashboard display on TVs even after they’re rebooted or powered off.

It appears one major difference between brightgauge and you guys is that you do not offer the ability for viewers of dashboards to refresh the data in the gauges to make them current. This acutally is a bit of an issue as all data is never really - real time.
