Widgets have a custom sound alert that can be triggered for certain conditions. The current alerts are all very generic and we would like to have the functionality to customize them. Being able to upload a sound that catches everyone's attention would bring more urgency to the issue and allow us to target it for resolution

Any chance we can change all our widgets that are currently Data Grid format to table format so they have this new attractive UI?

We want to have the option to retain widget placement even after updating paper size and orientation.

When drilling into a widget, it is showing the filtering at the top. We’d prefer that our clients not see those filters being displayed. Is there a way to turn those off? It is going to be odd to have clients be able to see our filters and our classifications of data. It is almost too big of an impact for us to be able to move forward with using these reports for our clients.

When I create a widget with fields of hyperlink type, I can create a URL template so that this is repeated used on other widgets

I need to lock down or at the very least control what tickets are shown for a small sub-set of my techs. For example, there are certain techs that should only see tickets with an "estimated hours" in Autotask that is under 1.0 hours. Can you point me in the right direction on how to set that up and how to move people in and out of that. Thank you Also is there a way to show Estimated hours on the next ticket template as per the attachment? One other question. Is it possible to have the Ticket Estimated Hours show up in the filter list as per my second attachment?

To be able to adjust the column width of table widgets in order to fit horizontally in a report/dashboard. Without this, table widgets in a report cannot be viewed in full view.

Please include the calculation options as draggable icons when creating a calculation layer. This was something that was in Brightgauge and was a simple and convenient.
