Sentiment Max should filter out technician notes from analysis
Currently, our sentiment analysis doesn’t always distinguish whether a note is written by a technician or a client. It would filter out notes that are written by technicians.

Sentiment based on the full ticket conversation
At the moment, the model evaluates each note individually and does not combine other ticket notes for context. Now we hope supporting full-thread/context sentiment

Improve the update app function which will not override the old settings in the future.
[Moved from Zendesk] Currently, if an app is updated it will replace all bots with the updated version, which would override the settings changed by users, which should not happen
